Terms of the free pilot
UFIYO is being tested. Paid packages and subscriptions are not on sale. These terms describe the free text and audio pilot.
1. Who operates UFIYO

2. Your account and the service
Sign in with your Google account. Keep control of that account and use the service lawfully. The pilot is intended for adults creating business or personal content. You may not use it to create unlawful material, impersonate others deceptively or infringe rights. Only provide material you are entitled to process.
3. Trial credits
A verified account receives three credits once. Successful creation uses one, two or three credits according to the tool or selected depth. The app shows the cost before you start. Before your first AI creation, you explicitly confirm these terms and that you are at least 18; UFIYO records the version and confirmation time. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Credits in this pilot are free trial units, have no cash value and are not transferable. An unsuccessful creation refunds its reserved credits. Operational capacity and daily limits can temporarily stop new requests. A trial account can store up to 200 projects, including archived projects.
4. What the pilot provides
The current version creates text, translations, written concepts and AI voice files, and transcribes short recordings. Image, music and video generation are not yet available. Voice creation is limited to 200 characters and transcription to 60 seconds. Some tools may remain disabled while their provider access and licence are being verified. The music form is a preparation preview; it cannot currently generate audio. Generated voices are AI, not recordings of a person. Do not use outputs to deceive people about their origin or impersonate a real person without permission. A trial account can store up to ten generated audio files; global storage and daily creation limits also apply. You can save projects and archive them reversibly. AI results can contain errors. Review the result before publishing, using it commercially or making decisions. UFIYO does not guarantee that any output is accurate, unique, legally cleared or suitable for a regulated decision.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in your inputs. You allow the operator and the service providers described in the privacy notice to process inputs as needed to provide the service. UFIYO does not promise exclusive rights in AI output or clearance of third-party rights. You decide what to publish and remain responsible for checking it.
6. Availability and support
Functions and limits can change while the pilot is developed. For a problem, contact the operator by email and identify the affected project or approximate time; do not include a password or full payment details. Archiving is not deletion. You can request account closure and erasure by email, subject to identity verification and applicable retention duties.
7. Payments and later changes
No real payment is required to use the free pilot. Any sandbox checkout is explicitly labelled as a test and does not add spendable AI credits. Future paid packages will require a displayed price, purchase conditions and separate checkout. These pilot terms do not authorize a recurring payment. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Reporting a problem
Report defects, rights concerns or misuse to the operator’s email above. Include only the information necessary to identify the issue. This free pilot does not exclude mandatory consumer rights. Eligible consumer disputes may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
